PunaMusta Coloro Oy is part of the Finnish media, visibility and printing group PunaMusta Media Oyj, the goal of which is to be carbon negative by the end of 2029. On 28 February 2022, the Group committed to setting Science Based Targets (SBT) in accordance with the Paris Agreement. The calculation of PunaMusta Coloro’s carbon footprint is currently underway in relation to these targets.
Our group has long been aware of the carbon footprint of printing operations, and we have carried out continuous and fruitful work to minimise it: In 2018–2019, the carbon footprint decreased by 20 per cent and by 16 per cent in 2019–2020.
We will set our climate targets in accordance with the Paris Agreement and submit them for approval to a UN agency during 2023. More information on our corporate responsibility can be found in our sustainability report.
We are committed to promoting the well-being of our personnel. As an example of this, we are a member of the Nollis zero-accident forum. The forum is a network of workplaces that aims to continuously improve safety and well-being at work and promote good practice.
